I have not quite figured out Audrey's facination with broccoli - cooked or raw, she just can't get enough of it. Like mother, like daughter??

Summer Storytime

Today was the first day of summer storytime at the library. Audrey's first experience in a large group setting school type atmosphere. She really enjoyed listening and observing. We were also happy that Audrey's friend Melina is in our group!!

Jason's Masters Degree!

YAHOO FINALLY!! We are all so excited Jason is finished with class and traveling to and from Ohio State for class. I am so proud of him. Here are some pictures of his graduation weekend!

Audrey's 15 month Dr. Visit

Yesterday was Audrey's 15 month Doctor appointment. Weighing in at 21 pounds 15oz (25-50% range), 29-1/2" tall (25% range) and 100% range on sugar, spice and everything nice! Here is a shot of her playing with her cell phone while waiting for the doctor. Notice the sign above her - it was cut off in the picture but it says to stay off of your cell phone while in the room - hehehehehe......

Also, just for fun and since I LOVE pictures - here is a very candid shot of Audrey at her 1 year checkup with Jason and Doctor.She has really sprouted in the past three months!

Happy Memorial Day!

We spent Memorial Day at Jason's Mom's house swimming. Following in her father's footsteps, Audrey became an official Pinegate "Pinegator". When Jason was growing up, he swam and life guarded at this pool every summer. Audrey had so much excitement in her when she saw the pool for the first time today and realized she was going to swim. Of course, Jason was right there life guarding his little ballerina.

Recently, Our family has been busy enjoying Jason's free time since he was officially finished with
school on May 14th and since I've "retired" from my job to be a full time at-home mom! It's amazing the amount of time we now can all spend togheter and we are loving every second of it!! This time has been very well deserved and Audrey could not be happier.

Yesterday Nana, PawPaw, and Mea came to visit while Jason was in his last day of school. PawPaw bought everyone McDonald's for lunch and Audrey had her very first bite of a french fry. Hopefully it's a very very long time before Audrey starts begging for happy meals! We all just spent time together and Audrey really enjoyed her time playing with Mea. We even went outside to ride bikes and help Audery practice walking on the sidewalk. We hope they all come back soon for another visit!
